She graduated from SUNY Albany in 2006 with a BA in English and started at WAMC a few weeks later as a part-time board-op in the control room.     Here are my thoughts on Christie. Specifically, I would like to address the conversation between Joe and Ray this morning and the topic of Christie’s weight. I think the discussion of his weight and his being too heavy is fair game. Not because he is fat (obese actually) but because of the health risks involved. Should a person consider being President when they have high blood pressure (as he does); is pre diabetic (as he is) asthma (as he does) — aren’t these the issues? Both Joe and Ray unfairly framed the issue by making it a weight issue — it most certainly is not. It is a health issue. And if he ever did run for president — these issues would quite fairly be part of the debate.
